These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Robot Force platform (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity performed under your account.
The Service may offer optional integrations (including Google). If you choose to connect Google services, you authorize access via OAuth scopes that may include Gmail and Google Calendar read/write permissions.
No actions are performed without your consent. You control whether integrations are enabled and may revoke access at any time from your Google Account.
Certain features require an active subscription. You agree to pay fees associated with your selected plan. Except as required by law, fees are non-refundable.
Our data handling practices are described in the Privacy Policy. Upon subscription deletion/termination, customer data associated with the organization is deleted as described there.
The Service includes AI-driven features and agents. AI outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, or inappropriate.
You are responsible for verifying AI outputs and approving actions before relying on them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for damages arising from AI outputs or AI-driven actions.
We strive to maintain availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Robot Force shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service ends. Subscription deletion/termination triggers deletion of customer data as described in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Robot Force is legally registered, and disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to [email protected].
